Service Description

Join Lana King and Bex Bridgford, from My Wild Fox Yoga, for a wonderful 2 hour escape, as they offer a session that will encourage the body to open up and connect deeply through Yin Yoga and Crystal Bowls. What's included: Yin Yoga Meditation Cacao Crystal Bowl Sounds Community These classes are 2 hours in length and suitable for all abilities. Please come along with blankets, comfy clothing, your yoga mat (if you have one), a bottle of water, and any other yoga props you may have and can support your practice.
